Job Description

Benefits:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication

  • Support tender-related activities, including basic manpower sourcing support for school projects and other clients

  • Support the preparation, compilation, and submission of recruitment-related documents on the GeBIZ platform

  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers

  • Assist in preparing recruitment-related documents such as contracts.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including employee documentation and system updates

  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with TAFEP guidelines and MOM regulations

  • Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc HR projects

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR administration
  • Willingness to learn government procurement platforms such as GeBIZ
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
