Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for F&B crew
- Source candidates through job portals, walk-ins, referrals, and social media platforms
- Coordinate bulk hiring drives for new outlet openings
- Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with Hiring Managers
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand manpower requirements
- Maintain talent pipeline for high-turnover frontline roles
- Manage onboarding documentation and pre-employment formalities
- Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
- Support employer branding and local hiring initiatives
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment and local community hiring programs
Employee Engagement & HR Operations
- Support HR programs including welfare initiatives, staff events, and recognition programs
- Conduct outlet visits to understand staff morale and working conditions
- Assist in grievance handling and follow up on employee concerns
HR Administration & Generalist Support
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system
- Assist in processing documentation for work passes
- Support payroll in staff attendance and leave administration
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies
Qualifications & Skills
- 2-4 years of recruitment experience (preferably in F&B/hospitality/QSR)
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring compliance
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
- Strong understanding of high-volume and frontline hiring
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong local market network and vendor management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
- Ability to work under tight timelines, especially during outlet launches
- Knowledge of staffing challenges (attrition, shift work, seasonal demand)
- Familiarity with bulk hiring and mass interview coordination
