Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Placement

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for frontline positions, including job postings, resume screening, phone interviews, interview coordination, and offer communication.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to clearly understand job responsibilities and hiring requirements for frontline roles.
  • Develop, maintain, and expand recruitment channels for blue-collar hiring.
  • Effectively utilize both online and offline recruitment platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, JobStreet, MyCareersFuture, and on-site job fairs.
  • Establish and manage employee referral programs to encourage internal talent recommendations.
  • Leverage social media platforms (e.g. WeChat, TikTok) to enhance employer branding and promote job opportunities.

Candidate Relationship Management

  • Build strong, professional relationships with candidates and provide a positive, responsive candidate experience.
  • Support offer discussions, coordinate onboarding schedules, and assist with background checks.
  • Track onboarding progress and liaise with hiring managers and administrative teams to ensure smooth employee integration.

Data and Process Optimization

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as interview attendance, offer acceptance rates, and turnover data.
  • Prepare regular recruitment reports and continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost control.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • 1-2 years of relevant recruitment experience preferred fresh graduates with strong interest in recruitment are welcome to apply.
  • Familiarity with blue-collar recruitment channels and hiring practices in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, or labor-intensive sectors is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage frontline employees from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive, responsible, and results-driven mindset.
