We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Talent Acquisition Executive (6-months contract) to join our HR team. You will collaborate with function head and operations manager on the recruitment needs. This role involves extensive outreach to blue-collar workers, managing internship placements and recruiting for engineering and technical positions.
The Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various roles, including blue-collar, engineering and technical positions through active sourcing, initial screening of candidates, facilitating interviews, and making recommendation for offer of employment.
- Coordinate internship recruitment in collaboration with various institutions.
- Ensures a steady manpower supply with basic core skills for the business units and provides timely solutions to expedite recruitment process.
- Point of contact to build good rapport with relevant government agencies such as e2i, WSG, etc.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR business partner to understand manpower needs and align recruitment strategies.
- Review drafts of job descriptions and job posting on various recruitment channels
- Administer weekly/monthly reports on staff movements, recruitment data and dashboards.
- Any other ad hoc duties/projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive or HR Business Partner, focusing on high volume / fast-paced recruitment at both executive and non-executive level
- Self-driven, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of legislation and labour law and Singapore HR practices
- Proven ability to source and engage blue-collar and technical talent through creative outreach methods.
- Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint)
