Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from intake through offer.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to define needs and deliver a strong candidate experience.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill roles build talent pipelines.
- Provide data-driven insights, including hiring metrics, market mapping, and talent intelligence.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and compensation benchmarks to inform hiring decisions.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, local regulations, and accurate ATS data support process improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in an in-house and/or agency environment.
- Proven ability to deliver across diverse roles, skill sets, and markets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Consultative, stakeholder-focused approach with strong relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of Southeast Asia talent markets and hiring practices.
