The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support to meet business hiring needs.
Job Description
Review resumes, applications, and online portfolios to pre-screen candidates, conduct phone/virtual screening interviews, and evaluate candidates against job requirements and hiring criteria
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through various sourcing channels and industry networks
Source candidates through internal and external referrals, particularly for hard-to-fill positions
Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs and proactively identify suitable talent
Prepare candidate profiles and provide hiring managers with concise candidate summaries
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Arrange and facilitate interview sessions, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
Send interview invitations, confirmations, and relevant information to candidates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within recruitment systems and databases
Prepare recruitment reports, hiring updates, and related documentation
Support the posting and management of job advertisements across various recruitment platform
Follow up with candidates regarding interview outcomes and recruitment status updates
Assist with onboarding documentation, pre-employment checks, and administrative processes
Respond to candidate enquiries promptly and professionally
Support recruitment projects, process improvements, and other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements and skills
Minimum Diploma in HR, Business, or related field with at least 1 year of related experience
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multitask and handle high volume of work
Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
Prior HR or recruitment experience is an advantage
A good team player, possess a cheerful personality and a positive attitude
Knowledge of Employment Act and government compliance regulations is an advantage, applicants with CEI will be added advantage
Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
