Key Responsibilities:
TA Operations & Process Excellence
- Manage recruitment operations, including job postings, ATS updates, interview scheduling, and offer coordination
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance in the ATS
- Manage vendors and process payments in a timely matters
- Track hiring progress, metrics and prepare reports
- Identify opportunities to streamline TA processes and improve operational efficiency
- Support TA projects such as process enhancements, process standardization, etc
Talent Acquisition Delivery
- Support end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Proactively source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and role fit
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support timely hiring outcomes
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, or HR roles
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail
- Experience in fast-growing or startup environments a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Exposure to recruitment analytics and reporting
