Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

TA Operations & Process Excellence

  • Manage recruitment operations, including job postings, ATS updates, interview scheduling, and offer coordination
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance in the ATS
  • Manage vendors and process payments in a timely matters
  • Track hiring progress, metrics and prepare reports
  • Identify opportunities to streamline TA processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Support TA projects such as process enhancements, process standardization, etc

Talent Acquisition Delivery

  • Support end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
  • Proactively source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and role fit
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support timely hiring outcomes

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, or HR roles
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail
  • Experience in fast-growing or startup environments a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Exposure to recruitment analytics and reporting
