We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment for critical roles within our data centre operations. This position requires strong expertise in sourcing technical and operational talent, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and partnering with business leaders to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
Responsibilities for this Talent Acquisition - Data Centre
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-cycle hiring for technical, engineering, and operations roles (e.g., Critical Environment Technicians, M&E Engineers, Network/IT Ops, Facility Managers).
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities, and partnerships with local institutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define role requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain pipelines for high-volume and niche technical roles to support business continuity.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company's value proposition to attract top talent in the data centre industry.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to Singapore employment laws, PDPA, and Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices.
Responsibilities for this Talent Acquisition - Data Centre
- 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in data centre, critical infrastructure, or technology/engineering sectors.
- Proven track record in hiring technical and shift-based roles.
- Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
