Job Description

  • Support full spectrum of interview coordination (from interview to onboarding)
  • Liaise with candidates on document collation upon offer acceptance
  • Collect & verify required documents post offer acceptance
  • Arrange and schedule medical check-ups, mandatory training, and related tasks
  • Coordinate Submission/management-Work Pass applications, including insurance with HR Services team
  • Verification of medical check -up reports and liaise with TA for escalation cases
  • Finalize of start work date with candidates
  • Inform TA on finalized join date to issue updated offer letter (as required
  • Collection of cancellation pass and Issuance of Work Pass upon commencement of employment
  • General administrative support related to the above services including paperwork administration for ERP program
  • Perform ad-hoc related duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements

  • At least a relevant degree/diploma in HR management or related fields preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant recruitment support or coordination experience in a multinational work environment, in collaboration with multiple international stakeholders
  • Able to work in a dynamic team-based environment
  • Able to navigate complex processes across multiple systems
  • Candidates with immediate availability will have an advantage
  • Singaporeans only
