As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will support end-to-end recruitment assignments within the built environment sector. You will work closely with both clients and candidates to identify suitable talent and deliver effective hiring solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for assigned roles
- Engage clients to understand hiring requirements and priorities
- Prepare candidate profiles and recruitment documentation
- Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment timelines
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information
Job Requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Interest in recruitment, consulting, or client-facing work
