Your new company
An education company is looking for a 1 year support for a Sourcer.

Your new role

End-to-end Recruitment: Drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for executive hires from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and seamless onboarding for large volume hiring (40 reqs on average per month)

Data-Driven Recruitment Insights & Strategy: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and deliver key insights on hiring trends and retention rates.

Strategic HR Initiatives & Recruitment Analytics: Lead key projects not limited to strategic workforce planning and DEI initiatives. Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement programs that enhance employee relations, training, and organizational development. Hiring strategies that optimize Data-driven insights.

Industry Expertise & Talent Pipeline Development: Deep understanding of industry trends, issues, and regulations, building strong talent pipelines for critical Corporate operational roles

Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness: Aligning HR operations with business objectives. Partnering with senior leaders to refine talent management strategies, focusing on leadership development, succession planning, and performance optimization

Talent Acquisition & Analytics: data-driven Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on leveraging analytics tools to optimize recruitment strategies. Enhancing the team's ability to generate actionable insights, track recruitment metrics
