JOB DESCRIPTION
Talent Acquisition (End-to-End Recruitment)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner hiring managers to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies.
- Drive proactive sourcing initiatives, including market mapping, pipeline building, and engagement of talent pools.
- Ensure timeliness and quality of hires to support business growth and minimise vacancy gaps.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance requirements, and audit controls across recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with external recruitment partners where applicable and manage vendor performance.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders, providing strategic and operational HR support.
- Support organisational design, headcount planning, and workforce optimisation initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders on manpower budgeting, position management, and job evaluation processes.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations matters, and talent management frameworks.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, HODs, Finance, and cross-functional HR teams to drive aligned outcomes.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication, insights sharing, and solution-oriented engagement.
- Facilitate alignment across stakeholders on hiring priorities, timelines, and organisational changes.
- Foster a collaborative environment to ensure smooth execution of hiring and HR initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, local regulatory requirements, and Group harmonisation standards.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate/stakeholder experience.
- Support workforce planning cycles through tracking of headcount, hiring progress, attrition, and vacancy metrics.
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in HR, Human Resource, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 5–10 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HR Business Partnering
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment for banking or financial services roles preferred.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, organisational design, and HR governance frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Sound in workforce planning (demand/supply, attrition/hire run-rate, capacity planning, etc.).
- Sound in personnel cost analysis (budget, forecast, variance analysis, etc.).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (365, Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and other productivity tools.
- Proficient in HRIS (e.g., Oracle HCM).
- Strong accountability and take ownership.
- Strong analytical skills, able to translate analytics into insights and recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- A team player.
- Strong governance and compliance orientation.
