Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation & Sales

  • Conduct in-store and on-site consultations for clients interested in bespoke suits and garments.
  • Recommend styles, fabrics, and tailoring options based on client preferences and needs.
  • Take accurate body measurements and ensure measurement records are detailed and organized.
  • Upsell or cross-sell accessories or complementary services where appropriate.

Tailoring Coordination

  • Coordinate all Singapore-based orders with the Vietnam team (tailor coordinator and production partners).
  • Ensure measurements, fabric selections, and custom requests are clearly documented and communicated.
  • Monitor the production timeline and proactively follow up to avoid delays.
  • Schedule and manage client fittings, final checks, and order collections.

Fitting & Quality Control

  • Assist clients during fitting sessions and record any alteration requirements.
  • Ensure quality standards are met before client delivery or final collection.
  • Collaborate with the Vietnam team to make timely adjustments when needed.

Appointment Management

  • Manage scheduling of appointments and follow-up communications with clients..
  • Maintain accurate client records, preferences, and measurements for future reference.
  • Business Development
  • Promote the brand's bespoke tailoring services via social media, events, partnerships, or corporate outreach.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to drive leads and generate new business opportunities.
  • Represent the brand at pop-ups, trunk shows, or corporate fittings when required.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including fabric promotions and seasonal collections.

Admin & Reporting

  • Maintain records of orders, fittings, alterations, and client communications.
  • Prepare sales reports and customer feedback for management review.
  • Track KPIs such as appointment-to-sale conversion rates, repeat clients, and average order value
