Job Summary
You will conduct Taekwondo lessons and training sessions for students of all ages, including kids, teens, and adults, helping them develop their skills and confidence in the martial art.
Responsibilities
- Deliver structured Taekwondo lessons and training programs tailored to different age groups to improve students skills and techniques
- Adapt coaching methods to engage kids, teens, and adults effectively during lessons
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and progress
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality and student satisfaction
- Communicate clearly in English to instruct students and coordinate with colleagues
- Maintain a proactive and independent approach to managing classes and addressing student needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a Black Belt certification in Taekwondo, demonstrating mastery of the art
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Willingness to participate in coaching training provided by the centre
- Demonstrate dynamic communication skills and a positive attitude to support teamwork and student engagement
