Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in posting job ads on various platforms
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Coordinate online/offline assessments
  • Help with campus recruitment events, career fairs, employer branding campaigns
  • Create simple social media or marketing materials (if needed)
  • Help the TA team with ad-hoc projects (market mapping, talent research, data cleaning, etc.)
  • Support TA-related improvement projects (automation, templates, process enhancement).

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of organization, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong sense of initiative.
