Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Trainer to support global collection operations by designing, delivering, and improving training programs across Drive, Pedestrian, Athena, Cabrillo, Fulfillment, Marathon, and related projects.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Train-the-Trainer programs for Regional Trainers and vendors
Conduct in-person and virtual training, refreshers, and ramp-up sessions
Monitor training quality, knowledge-check results, and trainer performance
Develop and maintain SOPs, training manuals, assessments, and schedules
Support pilot launches, new market expansions, and operational readiness
Audit training content and ensure compliance with operational standards
Conduct field testing and validation of GIS equipment, hardware, and software
Collaborate with operations teams, technical writers, and stakeholders globally
Travel internationally to support training, installations, and regional launches
Requirements
Based in Singapore with authorization to work locally
1+ year of Drive or Pedestrian collection experience
1+ year of training delivery and team leadership experience
Experience with collection system installation and regional ramp-ups
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Valid passport and willingness to travel extensively
Ability to train diverse, multicultural audiences, including non-native English speakers
Skills
strong field operations, technical training, SOP/documentation, team leadership, and deployment experience. Relevant backgrounds include GIS, mobile mapping, surveying, telecommunications, technical field services, and similar operational environments. Candidates with transferable skills and willingness to travel extensively should be considered even without a formal T4 title.
Preferred
Experience in Learning & Development, Train-the-Trainer programs, or operational training
Experience creating SOPs, manuals, assessments, and training documentation
Familiarity with workforce management, LMS, or training-tracking tools
Experience supporting pilot programs, process improvements, and field technology validation
