We are looking for an experienced
T24 Project Manager to oversee the implementation and enhancement of our T24 banking systems. This role demands a solid understanding of T24 architecture and banking practices, along with proven project management skills to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end T24 implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and design solutions
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure clear communication among all project participants
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project performance and progress
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes
Requirements
- 10+ years of project management experience, specifically in T24 implementations
- Strong knowledge of T24 functionalities and banking operations
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
- PMP or equivalent certification is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
