T24 Corp Action

Role Summary

The T24 Corporate Actions resource will be responsible for analysis, configuration, customization, and support of Corporate Action processing within the Temenos T24 core banking system. The role involves working closely with business users, vendors, and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of voluntary and mandatory corporate actions across securities and investment products.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements related to Corporate Actions (Mandatory, Voluntary, Mandatory with Choice).
• Configure and maintain T24 Corporate Action modules (CA, SEC, HOLDINGS, POSITION, SETTLEMENT).
• Support end-to-end lifecycle of corporate actions:
• Announcement
• Election
• Entitlement calculation
• Posting and settlement
• Customize T24 using:
• AA / EB / Version configuration
• Enquiries, OFS, TAFJ routines
• Handle data setup for:
• Securities
• Events
• Entitlements
• Accounting entries
• Ensure correct accounting, tax, and fee treatment for corporate actions.
• Perform impact analysis for system changes and upgrades.
• Support UAT, SIT, regression testing, and production issues.
• Coordinate with upstream/downstream systems (custody, clearing, GL, reporting).
• Provide production support and root-cause analysis for CA-related incidents.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation.
