Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements for Core Banking systems within the Private Banking domain to support strategic business objectives
- Design and recommend process improvements for new applications by leading Product Line Workshops (PLWs) and advising on best practices
- Apply expertise in Securities (Equities, Fixed Income, Funds) and Corporate Actions to ensure accurate system support and product alignment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Transact modules (AA, MD, SC, DX, SY) and optimize product functionality
- Manage and support system engineering activities throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies such as SCRUM and KANBAN
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating existing processes and proposing innovative solutions to enhance system performance and user experience
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in IT business analysis, system engineering, and support focused on Core Banking and Private Banking domains
- Proven track record handling Securities and Corporate Actions within banking systems
- Strong understanding of Private Banking products and Transact modules exposure
- Experience leading PLWs and implementing new application processes
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile frameworks including SCRUM and KANBAN
