Job Description

We're looking for someone who knows T24 inside out - not just the theory, but hands-on experience with implementations, upgrades, and day-to-day business analysis. You'll be the bridge between our business users and the technical teams, helping to deliver core banking transformation projects across modules like Treasury, Securities, Derivatives, AA, and Payments.

Requirements & Analysis
Sit with business users - front office, operations, compliance - and really understand what they need from the system.
Document requirements properly: BRDs, functional specs, user stories. Not just for the sake of documentation, but so everyone knows what we're building and why.
Run gap analysis sessions to figure out where T24 falls short of what the business wants, and work out the best way forward - whether that's configuration, customisation, or a workaround.
Work with the architects and developers to turn requirements into a working solution.
Configuration - setting up T24 modules like AA, MM, LI, CO, SC, and DX.
Write test plans and test cases. Make sure we've covered all the scenarios - happy path, edge cases, integration points.
Work with users during UAT, help them understand what they're testing, and track defects through to resolution.
Support implementation - data migration, cutover, go-live. Things rarely go perfectly, so we need someone who can think on their feet.
Keep the project manager updated on progress, risks, and issues. No surprises.
Work with other BAs and consultants to sort out cross-functional dependencies.

Requirements :

Degree in Computer Science, IT
Min 7 years of experience working in T24 with min 3 years in BA role in IT role
Proven BA experience in banking and capital markets. You know how things work - accounts, payments, loans, deposits, interest, corporate actions, securities, derivatives.
Familiar with R20 or later releases. TAFC, TAFJ, TWS/IRIS, OFS - these shouldn't be foreign concepts.
Experience with either AA, Payments (TPH), Derivatives (DX), Treasury, Securities, Credit
Familiar with both Agile and Waterway ways of working. We use a mix, depending on the project.
