Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed sales quotas and revenue goals
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive sales strategies for assigned accounts
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through marketing activities and other channels, including inbound leads/outbound prospecting
- Identify and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical experts, product managers, and other stakeholders to create and propose solutions that address customer needs
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands
- Prepare and presenting regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
- Represent Yokogawa at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience
- Industry Experience: Decarbonisation, Power/Energy /Optical Communications Test & Measurement
- Knowledge of instruments like optical spectrum analysers, oscilloscopes, power meter and power analysers
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, manage accounts, and close deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- At least 5 years of proven sales experience
