About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Systems Lead to take charge of all IT hardware, infrastructure, and systems support across SaladStop! Group. You will manage day-to-day troubleshooting, ensure smooth operations across outlets, central kitchen, and office, and support the rollout of new systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hardware & Equipment Management
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment (desktops, laptops, POS terminals, tablets, routers, switches, printers, CCTV, door access).
- Ensure all equipment is running reliably and repair/replace promptly when needed.
- Keep track of IT equipment inventory, warranties, and replacements.
2. Networking & Infrastructure
- Monitor internet and Wi-Fi across outlets, central kitchen, and corporate office.
- Maintain routers, switches, backup systems, and ensure stable connections for POS and ordering platforms.
- Assist with upgrades and expansion projects.
3. Systems & Applications Support
- Support integration between hardware and software systems (POS, CRM, ordering apps).
- Provide staff access rights, email setup, and basic endpoint security.
- Assist in testing and rolling out new systems (AI tools, automation, ordering platforms).
4. Vendor & Service Coordination
- Work with IT vendors and service providers for repairs, contracts, and new installations.
- Ensure services are delivered on time and within budget.
5. IT Support & Training
- Act as first responder for hardware and system issues raised by outlets and corporate teams.
- Train staff on basic troubleshooting and proper use of IT tools.
- Document FAQs, SOPs, and simple troubleshooting guides for end users.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field (Polytechnic graduate).
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, hardware, or systems management (internships/part-time work acceptable).
- Strong troubleshooting skills across PCs, POS, printers, networks, and mobile devices.
- Good knowledge of networking basics, endpoint security, and systems support.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to be hands-on.
- Ability to work independently and communicate well with non-technical colleagues.
