About The Role:
As part of business growth plans for 2026, they are hiring a hands-on systems implementation lead to own and deliver internal systems and operational tooling as they continue to scale.
This is not a governance-only or policy-led role. You will be highly involved in making things work selecting tools, configuring systems, managing vendors, onboarding users, and fixing issues post-launch.
You are comfortable to operate in ambiguity, move fast, and be measured on what ships and what sticks. Security strategy and cyber risk ownership sit with the CISO. Your job is to execute securely and pragmatically systems and applications.
What You'll Build & Own:
Ship Systems, Not Slides
- Implement internal systems end to end (HRIS, CRM, ERP, workflow, collaboration tools).
- Translate messy business needs into simple, workable solutions.
- Run requirements, configuration, testing, rollout, and stabilisation yourself.
- Manage integrations, data migration, access, and day-1 usability.
- Ensure teams actually use what gets built.
Push Vendors, Get Results
- Source and onboard SaaS tools and implementation partners.
- Own delivery timelines, quality, and outcomes no finger pointing.
- Push vendors hard while keeping relationships productive.
- Solve problems fast when things break (because they will).
Enable Day-to-Day Operations
- Put lightweight processes around system usage, access, and support.
- Work directly with operations, finance, HR, product, and compliance teams.
- Kill manual workarounds and duct-tape solutions as the company scales.
Scale with Control
- Balance speed with regulatory and operational requirements.
- Support audits and compliance-driven system needs when required.
- Continuously improve systems as complexity increases.
Who You Are
Must-Have
- A minimum of 7 years in system implementation, IT operations, or delivery roles.
- Deep hands-on experience implementing third-party SaaS platforms.
- Comfortable working with limited structure and evolving requirements.
- Experience in FinTech, payments, financial services, or regulated industries.
- Strong executor who can turn ambiguity into action.
Nice-to-Have
- Startup or scale-up experience.
- Exposure to tools like Salesforce, NetSuite, ServiceNow, Jira, Notion, etc.
- Familiarity with MAS-regulated environments.
- Experience with APIs, SSO, IAM, SaaS integrations, and basic data migration.
- Experience supporting multi-entity or regional setups.
