We are looking for an experienced Systems Executive to provide technical support and maintenance for air traffic communication systems. The successful candidate will troubleshoot system faults, coordinate with telecommunications providers and system contractors, and ensure timely resolution and documentation of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

. Troubleshoot and resolve IVCS4 system faults reported by users.

. Coordinate with telecommunications providers and overseas line suppliers to resolve telephone line issues.

. Liaise with other system contractors to troubleshoot and resolve interface connectivity problems.

. Record and document all fault resolutions in the IVCS4 system.

. Assist air traffic controllers with audio recording playback when required.

Requirements

. Radio Frequency (RF) Engineering

. System Integration

. Network Administration and Maintenance

. Telecommunications Engineering or Support

. Experience in troubleshooting system, network, telephone line or connectivity issues.

. Willingness to work 12-hour rotational shifts across the designated client sites.

. Must be able to obtain the required customer/project security clearance.

This has 12 hours rotational shift, Shift allowances are there
