Responsibilities:
- Respond to support requests
- Provide technical support remotely or on-site
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues until closure
- Conduct testing technical environment
- Perform scheduled 24/7 standby TAC (Technical Assistance Centre) duty
- Maintain good client relations
- Tracking and managing work records
- Generating and compile job reports
- Fulfil additional duties as assigned by the Manager
Requirements:
Experience & Knowledge
- Polytechnic diploma or degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Preferably with some years of work experience in telecommunications, or data networking support or BSS/OCS background or cloud platforms like AWS/Azure
- Fresh graduates with relevant skills and enthusiasm are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Linux Operating Systems, telecommunications, IP telephony, AWS/Azure cloud, database management, data networking, and cybersecurity
- Professional certifications in relevant areas (AWS, Kubernetes, Linux, MySQL) are advantageous
Skills and Personality
- Analytical mindset to troubleshoot and resolving technical issues independently
- Motivated, results-oriented, and dedicated individual capable of initiating appropriate actions and strategies
- Self-sufficient and able to work with minimal supervision
- Keen interest in staying updated with emerging technologies
- Capable of following instructions and devising problem-solving strategies
- Proficient in both verbal and written English communication
