We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Systems Engineer to join our IT team. The role involves supporting, maintaining, and enhancing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and in-house applications to meet evolving business needs. The Systems Analyst will work closely with business users and technical teams, acting as a key liaison to ensure the successful delivery of Oracle-related and internal system solutions.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Computing, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of experience in system development, application support, and maintenance, with hands-on experience in Oracle database environments.

- Strong programming skills in Java, J2EE, JSP/PHP, and Oracle PL/SQL.

- Knowledge of Oracle EBS 11i/R12 and Business Intelligence tools is an advantage.

- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain in-house applications using Java, JSP, Oracle Reports/Forms, and related technologies.

- Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for Oracle applications and internal systems.

- Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing applications to ensure optimal system performance.

- Design and develop new features or applications based on user requirements.

- Conduct requirements analysis, programming, debugging, and system checks to support business operations.

- Collaborate with end-users and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Prepare end-user training, technical documentation, and support materials as needed.

- Participate in system testing (Unit Testing, UAT) and support change management activities throughout the development lifecycle.
