Systems Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

To plan, design and deploy a comprehensive IT infrastructure strategy encompassing the overall structure of the company's IT systems, including hardware, software, and network components

To assess and collect data on departmental workflows (HR, Finance, Site Management) and implement their operational needs into the designed infrastructure as required

To oversee the creation and maintenance of system configurations, operational processes, and technical documentation specialized for construction sector requirements

In charge of the security management of company to design and implement safeguards to protect the integrity of company's systems and data as well as monitor for potential cybersecurity vulnerabilities

To engineer and manage end-to-end back-up protocols and recovery workflows, to reduce potential downtime and data loss risk

To contribute to the IT financial planning by forecasting expenditures and required budgets for the maintenance and upgrade of IT infrastructures

Requirements:

1 or more years of relevant working experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills and able to engage effectively with teammates at various organizational levels

Organized and adept at managing multiple workstreams and able to manage time effectively

Attention to detail with a sharp focus on accuracy on work deliverables
