Job Summary
We are seeking Systems Support Engineers to provide operational and administrative support for enterprise infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments, ensuring system availability, security, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day infrastructure systems support
- Manage user and service accounts (AD, OS, Cloud)
- Deploy, patch, and maintain Windows & Linux servers
- Monitor system health and respond to incidents
- Support Microsoft 365 operations
- Perform backup and restore operations
- Provide cloud operational support (AWS, Azure, Huawei)
- Process service/change requests and maintain documentation
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate when required
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with Windows/Linux, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Knowledge of monitoring, backups, and Microsoft 365
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
