Systems Assistant Manager (System Administration & Fund Management)

Job Description

We are seeking a Systems Assistant Manager to support system administration and fund management operations within a structured, governance-driven environment. This role works closely with operations and finance stakeholders and serves as a key point of contact for system-related finance, logistics, and procurement matters.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with enterprise and Whole-of-Government systems, while supporting audits, access controls, and financial appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in managing logistics and procurement systems

• Participate in system change requests, requirement gathering, and implementation activities

• Act as a central liaison for system-related finance matters

• Coordinate financial appointment holder processes, including warrant issuance

• Manage financial appointments, documentation, and audit data extraction

• Administer Authority and user accounts within Whole-of-Government systems

• Manage system access rights and support onboarding for new system users

• Execute fund management activities, including daily operations and year-end closing

• Support audit queries, reviews, and compliance checks related to systems

Requirements & Qualifications

• Singapore Citizen

• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accountancy, Business, or a related discipline

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in system administration, finance operations, or fund management

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications experience with data analytics tools is an advantage

• Familiarity with government or large-scale enterprise systems is preferred
