about the job
As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end technical delivery of application enhancements and system solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including architecture, development, testing, and business units to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with enterprise standards. This role involves managing dependencies, monitoring risks, driving project milestones, and ensuring a smooth production rollout with adequate support and documentation.

skills and experience required

• Proven experience in planning and managing technical deliverables, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
• Strong collaboration skills to work across multiple application teams and manage interdependencies.
• Solid understanding of solution design principles, security standards, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Experience in working with System Analysts, Business Analysts, and Architects to gather and finalize requirements.
• Hands-on experience with technical implementation planning, production cutovers, and post-implementation support.
• Familiarity with SIT, UAT, performance/load testing, and application security testing processes.
• Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
• Proactive in escalating issues, proposing resolutions, and ensuring smooth technical delivery across teams.
