Job Overview
You will be deployed to our client who is a leading government technology agency driving digital transformation and innovation in the healthcare sector. You will be handling the internal system's KTLO maintenance,work processes, KTLO task tracking and user management.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing application support and be involved in various stages of the SDLC.
- Work closely with vendors in application support, implementation of fixes, application testing, and supporting application and server patches and upgrades in accordance with project methodologies and policies.
- Work closely with business users and build good rapport to empathise with their requirements and issues, engaging them until closure.
- Manage vendor/development teams by assigning and tracking application as well as security issues to ensure timely delivery.
- Be involved in the system integration testing phase prior to implementation.
- Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to resolve business problems.
- Plan and coordinate end-user training for any system implementations or enhancements.
- Support the team in defining project requirements, tracking, and documentation.
- Monitor and remediate security vulnerabilities identified through security scanning tools and assessments within SLA.
- Ensure compliance with security frameworks, policies, and regulatory requirements throughout the application lifecycle.
- Collaborate with security teams on incident response activities and security-related investigations.
- Maintain security documentation and ensure adherence to security best practices in all KTLO activities.
- Provide 24/7 primary application maintenance support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in IT or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in application support or software development.
- Prior experiences in.NET and Python
- Possesses an excellent understanding of business requirements and IT strategies.
- General understanding of Internet and Intranet server/application architecture andexperience in working with medium/large systems involving multi-tier architecture.
- Possess strong MS platform knowledge and skills.
- Excellent knowledgeof programming/systems analysis, quality assurance, prototyping, construction,integration, and migration functions.
- Full projectlifecycle experience in designing and implementing medium web applications.
- Good problem-solvingand analytical skills to resolve technical problems.
- Good communicationskills and a team player to work in a dynamic and high-performing environment.
- Strong in verbal andwritten communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, a team player
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, vulnerability management, and security best practices.
- Experience with AWS cloud services, including deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud-based applications.
- Knowledge of security frameworks, compliance requirements, and incident response procedures.
