. Provide day-to-day support for Netsuite ERP users across departments (Finance, Sales, Operations,
Productions, etc.).
. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, errors, and user-reported problems.
. Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity.
. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
. Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements using NetSuite capabilities.
. Maintain and configure NetSuite modules including Financials, Inventory, Order Management, and CRM.
. Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
. Support regular system updates and testing.
. Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
. Ensure accurate and timely reporting to support business decision-making.
. Create and maintain user guides, SOPs, and training materials.
. Conduct training sessions for new users and system updates.
. Support ERP-rated projects such as new module rollouts, integrations, and process automation.
. Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and post-implementation support.
. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
. 5 years of experience in ERP support, preferably with NetSuite.
. Netsuite Admistrator or Suite Foundation certification is preferred.
. Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules and configuration.
. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
. Familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or SuiteAnalytics is a plus.
. Knowledge of SAP will be advantage.
. 5 days work week.
. Transport provided at Jurong East and Woodlands MRT station.
