Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute system-level test plans covering functional, integration, performance, stress, and reliability testing.
Perform hardware, firmware, and software integration and regression testing.
Execute manual and automated tests, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with engineering teams on root cause analysis.
Develop and maintain test scripts, automation frameworks, and test tools.
Review system requirements, design test cases, and maintain test coverage and traceability.
Document test results, track defects, and recommend improvements to system quality and test efficiency.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in firmware system testing, integration testing, R&D, or embedded product validation.
Experience in hardware-software integration testing is highly preferred.
Knowledge of system testing methodologies, test case design, and QA processes.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with test automation, defect tracking, and requirements traceability is an advantage.
