Job Summary:
As a System Support Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of SharePoint On-Premises environments. Your main duties include configuring and maintaining the SharePoint platform, managing user access and security settings, performing regular system updates and backups, and providing technical support for SharePoint-related issues. You will also monitor system performance, implement improvements, handle SSL renewals, and support application services and migration requests. Additionally, you will maintain accurate documentation of all SharePoint operations and configurations.
Job Responsibilities
- Configure, administer, and maintain SharePoint On-Premise environments
- Manage user access controls, permissions, and security settings
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related technical issues
- Conduct system patching, SSL renewals, and scheduled maintenance
- Maintain detailed documentation for operational processes and configurations
- Monitor system health and performance implement optimization where required
- Assist with application-related services and SharePoint migration tasks
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in SharePoint administration
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint Server & Office Online
- Solid PowerShell scripting skills
- Familiarity with content management and information architecture
- Experience in SharePoint migration and upgrade projects
- Knowledge of SharePoint compliance and security features
- AWS experience or certifications is a plus
