Job Responsibilities

Support the analysis, transformation and implementation of laboratory workflows and systems for healthcare digitalisation programmes.
Gather, analyse and document business, operational and system requirements from laboratory and healthcare users.
Review existing workflows and identify process or system changes required for implementation.
Translate business and clinical requirements into functional and system requirements.
Coordinate with users, IT teams, vendors and project stakeholders throughout the system implementation lifecycle.
Support integration and onboarding activities involving laboratory systems and healthcare information platforms.
Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, execution tracking and results documentation.
Track system defects and issues, coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders and ensure timely closure.
Maintain project documentation, process flows, requirements, issue logs and implementation records.
Support regulatory compliance, system readiness and implementation activities.
Monitor project milestones, risks and outstanding actions and provide regular progress updates.
Support post-implementation issues and process improvements where required.

Requirements

Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Biomedical Science, Business Analytics or related discipline.
Experience working with users, vendors and cross-functional project stakeholders.
Exposure to LIS, EMR, HIS, NEHR or other healthcare clinical systems will be advantageous.
Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of system testing methodologies and issue/defect management.
Basic SQL knowledge will be advantageous.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
