Our Company is working closely with a Prestigious Public Listed organisation in Singapore. Due to our dynamic expansion in projects, we are looking for System Maintenance Engineers to be part of the project team, responsible for the maintenance, monitoring, and operational support of integrated systems across multiple sites within Singapore. The role involves routine maintenance activities as well as participation in system implementation and upgrade projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine system patching for Windows 10/11 and Windows Server endpoints.
- Support firmware patching for network devices including switches, firewalls, and GPS modules in coordination with respective OEMs.
- Collect and conduct regular review of system logs to identify anomalies or potential issues if required.
- Support Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) finding investigations and remediation in coordination with OEMs.
- Perform vulnerability verification and remediation activities as directed by the customer.
- Conduct Indicators of Compromise (IOC) scanning as required.
- Attend to system faults and failures, performing troubleshooting and restoration activities.
- Liaise with customer and system OEMs to support system implementation activities when required.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with the customer during operational and project engagements.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems and server environments.
- Basic familiarity with Linux systems is an advantage.
- Understanding of network infrastructure (switches, firewalls) and experience supporting firmware or patch activities.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity practices including VAPT, vulnerability management, and IOC analysis.
- Able to work independently and manage tasks across multiple sites within Singapore.
- Physically fit and comfortable working at height (up to approximately 40 metres on staircase towers) to access antenna and subsystem for maintenance or troubleshooting.
- Willing and able to participate in a 24/7 rotational standby arrangement.
- Good communication skills with ability to engage customers professionally.
- Class 3 license holder will have advantage.
- Diploma/Advance Diploma and Degree in IT, Engineering or equivalent
