System Lead (SATCOM)

Our client is seeking a Technical Lead with strong experience in SATCOM system integration to support presales solutioning and project delivery. The role focuses on end-to-end SATCOM design, integration, testing, and commissioning for mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, and commission SATCOM and network systems
• Translate project requirements into SATCOM architectures and solutions
• Conduct technical reviews, PoCs, testing, and troubleshooting
• Support customer engagements and maintain project documentation

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in SATCOM or related industries
• Hands-on experience with SATCOM terminals, RF equipment, and link budget analysis
• Experience with satellite modems (e.g. iDirect) and test equipment
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Experience in large-scale project delivery
