Our client is a well-established A1 contracting firm with General Building and Civil Engineering projects.

Job Description:

- Assembles and Dismantles system formwork (wall slabs, ceilings, etc) for complex and critical works

- Lead, communicate and guide a team of 6 - 8 fresh workers with little to no formwork experience

- Support co-workers to execute the project requirements

- Plan and organise work to meet expected outcomes as arranged by Project Managers, Constrcution Managers and Foremen

- Work in accordance with the personal health, safety and environment protocols at construction sites

- Ensure a safe work place for all

- Ad-hoc tasks as arranged by supervisors

Job Requirements:

- At least 3 years of formwork supervisor experience

- Valid Work-At-Height and BCSS certs preferred

- Valid Supervise Formwork Cert preferred

- Able to work 6 days per week

OT Rate shall be paid as per the Employment Act at 1.5x. Sunday 2.0x
