As part of our delivery team, you'll take ownership of project deployments, support live production systems, and work closely with customers to understand their needs. You'll also get the chance to contribute during presales, shaping solutions to customers. Expect lots of hands-on action, collaboration, autonomy, and opportunities to grow.

What You'll Do

. Roll up your sleeves and deliver technical support and installation for servers, network switches, NAS, and virtualization tech (VMWare/RedHat KVM).

. Own system administration, backups/recovery, performance tuning, and fault management.

. Keep operations running smoothly through routine maintenance and proactive improvements.

. Build automation scripts to supercharge operational efficiency.

. Create clear and useful project materials (UAT docs, system overviews, reports).

. Participate in a rotating schedule for 24/7 technical phone support.

. Provide solid L2 troubleshooting - on-site or remote - to keep systems healthy.

What We're Looking For

. A degree in Telecommunications, IT, or Engineering.

. Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, virtualization, MyriaDB/MySQL, VPNs, and firewalls.

. Basic programming/scripting skills in any language - we value capability over syntax.

. A collaborative spirit, selfmotivation, and the ability to work independently.

. Fresh grads with strong results and a hungrytolearn attitude are very welcome!

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, But Not Mandatory!)

. Voice solution know-how (IPPBX, contact centre, VoIP).

. Familiarity with telecom protocols like SIP, SS7, Sigtran, Diameter, and GTPC/U.

. Exposure to cloud tech, Hadoop, data analytics, visualization, or cybersecurity.
