We are looking for a System Engineer (Senior/Team Lead) who has experience working with in a SI environment and able to the point of contact for ongoing operations.

• Act as the dedicated Lead for clients, ensuring all SLAs are met and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
• Consult with clients on digitalization projects, providing expert advice on the best-fit technical solutions for their business needs.
• Manage service requests, prioritize team workflows, and ensure project milestones are delivered on time, every time.
• Lead service recovery efforts during critical incidents and develop proactive Service Improvement Plans.
• Own the team's KPIs, providing detailed reporting on performance and driving continuous improvement.

skills and experience required
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in System and Network deployment, specifically within an SI environment.

Proven track record in project management and leading technical teams.

Exceptional presentation and communication skills able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
