Job Description:
- Provide support and ensure the stability for POS, Network and Systems
- Provide 1st Level troubleshooting for IT hardware and operational systems
- Manage and ensure effectiveness of Windows and Linux servers
- Ensure servers are up to date with security patches
- Maintaining and upgrading existing infrastructure as required
- Provide guidance and advice to colleagues to maintain best practices for the systems and technologies usage in the company
- Provide adequate monitoring and execution of patch management activity
- Participate in the planning and implementation of systems and technologies for future business needs
- Manage and promote active relationships with key vendors and partners
- Collaborate with vendors, project Leads and users to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent
- Keep accurate and updated records of IT assets, purchases and leases
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Computer Science, Business Information Technology or relevant field
- 2- 3 years experience
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Self-driven and proactive
- L1 network knowledge
