Job Description
- Troubleshoot and resolve , CentOS, Red Hat Linux and Windows Server-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues of hardware servers, SAN storage, virtual machines, and other infrastructure services.
- Created/updated Change Request (CR) documents.
- Execute data patches and retrieve requested data for both UAT and Production environments.
- Use AWS for data file transfer.
- Update technical documentation regularly to reflect changes and improvements.
- Manage VMware environments, including patching, updates, and root password recovery.
- Install and configure CentOS Linux OS in hardware hypervisor hosts and virtual machines.
