System Engineer

Summary

We are looking for an experienced System Project Engineer to support the deployment, implementation, and maintenance of RF communication systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating with stakeholders, performing system testing and commissioning, and providing both front-end and back-end technical support to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end system deployment and project implementation activities
• Conduct site surveys, installation, testing, commissioning, and system acceptance
• Perform RF signal testing, coverage verification, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle
• Support system integration, hardware installation, software configuration, and network connectivity
• Prepare project documentation, technical reports, method statements, and as-built documentation
• Monitor project schedules, progress, risks, and ensure timely project completion
• Perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), and Integrated System Testing (IST)
• Provide technical support during deployment and post-project maintenance
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and RF-related issues
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in System Engineering, Project Engineering, or RF Communication projects
• Hands-on experience in site deployment, installation, testing, and commissioning
• Experience in RF signal testing, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Good understanding of wireless communication systems and system integration
• Familiar with project documentation, technical reporting, and customer coordination
• Able to work independently and manage multiple project activities
