System Engineer (Changi)

Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot server issues during system failures or incidents.
• Provide network troubleshooting support when required.
• Support Windows Server OS updates and maintenance.
• Work with virtualisation platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Support Linux / Red Hat environments at command line level.
• Maintain and support SIRMS and VSAT systems.
• Generate system logs and assist with fault investigation.
• Support the Fault Reporting Centre by receiving calls and handling helpdesk matters.
• Provide bi-weekly standby phone support and go onsite when L1 support is unable to resolve the issue.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in infrastructure, server, or system support.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, Linux command line, Red Hat, VMware, and Hyper-V.
• Familiar with server and network troubleshooting.
• Comfortable checking system logs and supporting fault investigation.
