Responsibilities
- Manage network servers and technology tools.
- Set up user accounts and workstations.
- Monitor system performance and ensure operations meet requirements.
- Troubleshoot system issues, outages, and technical incidents.
- Maintain security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
- Perform system upgrades, including new releases and hardware models.
- Prepare and maintain regular health-check reports.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) are an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role such as System Administrator or Network Administrator.
- Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN networks and device patch management.
- Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and backup/recovery processes.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
