We are looking for a Systems Engineer to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure. You will be part of a talented team of engineers that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security. Qualified systems engineers will have a background in IT, computer systems engineering, or systems engineering and analysis.
System Engineer
Primary Responsibilities:
- Providing system support, maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving IT technical issues.
- Involve in project implementation, planning, testing and commissioning.
- Generate documentation, tests plan, service reports and RCA
- Prepare, update and deliver regular project status updates
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Technical Skills-
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology IT/Telecommunication/Computer Science or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts like Firewall Configuration, Switch Configuration, WAN, LAN and VLAN Troubleshooting, Network Tracing, DNS, DHPC, IPsec etc.
- Familiar with Cloud Technologies and IT security policy would be an advantage
- Familiar with Windows Server OS and database MSSQL
- Basic knowledge in IP Telephony & VoIP System (TCP, UDP, RTP etc) will be an advantage.
