Job Description

The System Engineer will collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects within scope, timeline, and budget. This role involves managing project documentation, supporting IT infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and ensuring system and network setup. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT management systems, database administration, networking, and system integration, with a focus on security and compliance.

Role:

  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to fulfill contract obligations.
  • Manage project documentation and subcontractor coordination.
  • Perform system and database setup, troubleshoot technical and design issues.
  • Support IT infrastructure, including Microsoft OS and Windows servers.
  • Configure network switches, perform network checks, and manage IP address assignments.
  • Install, debug, and troubleshoot IT-related issues.
  • Set up database clusters, data backup, and recovery processes.
  • Ensure data security and personal data protection.
  • Manage certification, key management, and infrastructure services (AD, NMS, ClearPass, MFA/2FA, KMS, Antivirus, Patch Management, MDM).
  • Support system integration, UAT/FAT/SAT, and system deployment procedures.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and use VAPT tools as needed.

Candidate:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of system-related experience.
  • Proficient in database management, networking, Windows OS, and servers.
  • Experience in data migration, integration, monitoring, and security.
  • Knowledge of system architecture design and professional documentation.
  • Experience with certification management, key management, and infrastructure services.
  • Knowledge of system integration, UAT/FAT/SAT, and deployment procedures.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and process adherence.
  • Nice to have: SQL Management Studio and database table management.
