System Engineer

IT Infrastructure Support:

• Provide Level 1 technical support to end users, including software & network problems
• Deployment of new computers, including installation of software for end users
• Create & maintain end user accounts (AD & Email)
• Co-ordinate with external vendor for support
• Involve with infrastructure project & setting up new site office
• Responsible for new staff orientation briefing
• Provide on site support to end users
• To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

General:

• Create and maintain documentation on technical problems.
• Procurement of IT hardware and software
• Update & maintain IT inventory hardware
• Maintenance of IT inventory lists (hardware/software)
• Disposal of IT hardware

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
• Min. 2 years of experience or relevant working experience. Preferable with desktop support experience
• Knowledge of WAN/ LAN Infrastructure, Networking & O365, MS Active Directory, Server and SAN storage administration
• Good Knowledge on Microsoft Product
• Travel to various location around Singapore
• Able to work independent & multi-task
