Job Description

Benefits Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide solutions for issues they find in the process, including designing new systems, upgrading hardware and maintaining an existing system
  • Perform on-site maintenance and troubleshooting for servers and storage systems
  • Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN)
  • Provides IT support to end users on desktop, application, POS, network and IT infrastructure
  • Any ad-hoc duties as required
