Job Description:
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, printers, and photocopiers.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain end-user applications and operating systems.
- Manage user accounts including Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Exchange.
- Support end-user equipment technology refresh and IT-related procurement activities.
- Perform daily monitoring of server and network equipment to ensure operational health.
- Log and follow up on support cases with internal teams or external vendors.
- Coordinate with vendors for routine system maintenance.
- Manage consumables ordering and maintenance contract renewals.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory records and asset condemnation process.
- Maintain IT documentation, including scanning and archiving service reports, contracts, proposals, and invoices.
- Manage IT expense and IT budget record and spending report.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Experience in of hardware, software, and Windows Server administration.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and server room operations.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors for troubleshooting and maintenance
- Experience with scripting for automation tasks or scheduled jobs is an advantage.
- Experience supporting enterprise end-user environments will be an advantage.
